If the analysis runs for 30 seconds or more before the error message displays, then the system may have timed out. In this case, select variables with fewer categories and try running the logistic regression again.

If the error message displays immediately, then verify that the independent variables all have two or more categories and update the variables appropriately.

NOTE: The logistic regression feature is currently considered beta software, so any issues will be resolved in a future release.

Additional information about variables is located in the survey's codebook. To access the codebook, perform the following:

1. Navigate back to the SAMHDA website (https://datafiles.samhsa.gov/) by clicking the SAMHDA logo.
2. Select Data > Browse Series or Data > Browse Studies from the menu bar.
3. Select the appropriate survey.
4. Select the appropriate study.
5. Select the appropriate dataset.
6. Click the "Codebook.pdf" link located in the Dataset Documentation section.
   
7. On the SAMHDA Terms of Use pop-up, review the Terms of Use and click Yes if you agree with them. The Codebook displays where you can then search for the appropriate variable.

You can highlight the crosstab results table, copy and paste it into Word, and then use the Save As function in Word to save it as a PDF.

HINT: To ensure the crosstab results display properly in Word, place the cursor to the right of the Standard Errors checkbox (as shown below) in the results and drag your cursor to select the table. This ensures that the table formatting is copied in addition to the text.

Click the Surveys link in the upper-right of window. The Home page will display with the list of surveys.

Click the SAMHDA logo in the upper-left of the window. The SAMHDA website will display in a separate tab.
